Being a WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organisation) and University of Torino alumnus, Mitali’s sense of heterogeneity and diversity stems from her varied and intense background of on-field experience in Intellectual Property Rights and Family Law.
She has been practicing law for more than eight years and has been involved in several important cases within India and abroad. From patents to trademarks and copyrights to licensing and technology transfers to IP audits and IP asset due diligence, she has extensive experience in client portfolio management. She provides strategic advice on obtaining and protecting valuable intellectual property. She is known for her outstanding management skills and has managed large IP portfolios of Fortune 500 companies globally.
Along with IP laws, Mitali also practices in the matters pertaining to Family Law, with a specialisation in Divorce Laws, Child Custody, Maintenance and Domestic Violence.
She is fuelled by her passion for understanding the finest details of law with a constant desire to achieve success.
